If you have some more time...

Tomino tower and bacon

1 Tomino with bacon, 2 potatoes, rosemary, oil, salt

Cut the potatoes into thin slices and sauté for 15 minutes with some oil, salt and rosemary. Brown the Tomino with bacon in a pan for 2 minutes on each side. Make a tower with the crunchy potatoes’ and then place the browned Tomino on top. Season with some drops of aromatic vinegar!
